Undergraduate Admission & Auditions

Auditions for Fall of 2022 begin earlier this year for the Ballet Program. All Merit Scholarships will be awarded by Dec. 1, 2021. To be considered for merit scholarship, please submit an audition video or attend one of our in-person auditions.

Due to continued COVID concerns and protocols, we will be doing a reduced audition tour in the Spring of 2022. Dates, Times, and Locations will be posted as soon as they are made available. Please contact Recruitment Director, Christopher Alloways-Ramsey for further information at,

If you are attending a live-audition before December 1, 2021, you will be considered for merit scholarship. If you are NOT able to attend a live audition, you may submit a video link to be considered for merit scholarship

Your application to attend the University of Utah must be submitted prior to your audition and prior to November 1 to be considered for all University-wide scholarships and financial aid. Visit the Office of Admissions. Although recommended, you do not need to be accepted to the University in order to audition. To schedule a tour, please read more about different dates and options.
