Maxi has been featured in pieces choreographed by Peter Chu, Rena Butler, Racheal and Brandon Lee Alley, Ihsan Rustem, Omar Román De Jesús, Lauren Edson, Joni McDonald, Ching Ching Wong, Micaela Taylor, and Garrett Smith to name a few. She has attended and received recognition through various summer intensives and master classes with world renowned choreographers and company dance artists including those of Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre, Paul Taylor Dance, Parsons Dance, BalletX, Dayton Contemporary Dance Company, and Complexions Contemporary Dance.

In 2019, Maxi joined the contemporary fusion company, Cleveland Dance Project, for two seasons, and was appointed a member of The Cleveland Dance Project Company’s Nonprofit Board. She is also Adjunct Faculty for a contemporary-focused dance school in Park City, Utah, committed to the longevity of artistry, collaboration and education inside the students’ practice. Maxi is fully committed to each dance community she is a part of and welcomes the opportunity to mentor today’s young dancers. She holds the utmost gratitude for aiding in not only her students’ but also her own investigation, growth, and confidence as an artist, by doing so. Maxi has choreographed works for, but not limited to, Summit Dance Project, Wasatch Ballet Conservatory, The University of Utah Tanner Dance, multiple high school dance programs in Salt Lake City, and more.
